Sanctions tracker
These are the filings labeled as sanctions motions or requests in the supplied notes, with one additional unmarked filing identified from a court order. “Related” numbers come from explicit references or adjacent notes; connections inferred from proximity need checking against the actual filing.
Also see all sanctions-related documents, including oppositions, replies, declarations, Rule 11 filings, and rulings.
Evidence & exhibit shortcuts
Your original “W/ Deets” marks have their own filter. Broader evidence results include filings mentioning declarations, exhibits, texts or submitted evidence. A “deets” marker means you flagged a filing; it does not mean the attachments have been independently checked.
Find a filing
Try sanctions, Ryan Reynolds, declaration, Perez Hilton, subpoena, or a number such as 862. The search includes original notes and standardized labels. You can also use your browser’s Ctrl+F when all entries are visible.
How to read this index
“#862” vs. “re: #862”
A docket number identifies a filing. “re:” means “regarding.” Thus a reply marked “re: #862” is referring to filing #862. Use the related-file links to follow that trail.
NOA, MTD, MSJ
NOA = notice of appearance; MTD = motion to dismiss; MSJ = motion for summary judgment; PO = protective order; RFP = request for production.
Why some entries say “needs labeling”
Some original rows were blank, marked N/A, or lacked any identifying detail. They remain visible instead of being filled with guesses. Look for the amber label.
Motion ≠ ruling
A request for sanctions is not proof sanctions were granted. Check any linked orders and the underlying documents before describing a party’s request or the judge’s decision.
Issues noticed during import
- Numbers 2000–2005: These appear between 1199 and 1206 in the supplied notes. Their numbers were preserved and flagged; no automatic renumbering was performed.
- #766, #1022, #1092, and #1200–1205: These numbers were absent from the source notes; empty placeholders were added.
- #1132: Marked “n/a” in the notes, but court order #1144 identifies it and #1133 as motions involving sanctions and discovery. The correction has an external court-document reference.
- Missing updates: This version ends at #1240 (plus the anomalous 2000–2005 numbers). Later filings are not included.
